Shipping & Returns

All items are made individually after placing your order. Most orders will be shipped out of the studio within 30 days after the date your order is placed. However, depending upon scheduling conflicts or the intricacy of a specific piece, some items may take longer. If you need something sooner, or if you are concerned about timing, please contact Lawbre directly to determine if we will be able to get your items to you by your preferred date.

Returns and Exchanges

At the Lawbre Company, every effort is made to deliver a quality product to you our customer quickly and efficiently. Occasionally, however, it may be necessary to return merchandise to us. In order to keep our shipping and handling costs down and enable us to provide you with better customer service, we are asking that you use the following guidelines should you wish to return merchandise:

1. Special Order or Custom made-to-order items are not returnable for any reason. These designations will be indicated on your invoice as SPECIAL or CUSTOM items. Most items of this nature will be either designated as such on the web site or require a discussion prior to placing the order, so please call beforehand if you are concerned whether any particular item might be a special or custom order.

2. Please examine all shipments and their contents carefully when your package(s) arrive.

3. Report any damage to us immediately.

4. Report any damaged shipments to the carrier (UPS): 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) or the USPS. Check your items against the enclosed invoice/packing slip to be sure all items marked as shipped are in your box(es). If your shipment has arrived damaged, a claim for damages must be filed with the shipping company prior to attempting to obtain an RMA number.

5. Any returns MUST be authorized by us and have a valid RMA number in order to receive credit.

6. Items returned for damage or defect:

  • Must be returned with original packaging.
  • Must be returned within 15 days of receipt of goods.
  • Must be exchanged and the return shipping charges will be credited.

7.Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect:

  • Must be made within 15 days
  • Shipping charges for returned goods are NOT refundable.
  • Are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Contact us for details.
  • Must be in original package and in saleable condition.
