Intent:
Items made by The Lawbre Company are scale dollhouse miniatures. All items are intended for adult collectors and are not for use by children under 14 years of age. All dimensions listed on our web site are approximate.
Order Fulfillment:
Most items are created individually here in our studios after placing your order. A majority of items are not kept in stock. Most orders will be shipped out of the studio within 30 days after the date your order is placed. However, depending upon scheduling conflicts or the intricacy of a specific piece, some items may take longer.
If you need something sooner, or if you are concerned about timing, please contact Lawbre directly prior to placing your order to determine if we will be able to get your items to you by your preferred date.
We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe we cannot fill. You will be notified of any cancellation.
You are free to cancel all or part of your order at any time up until payment has been processed. Prior to this point, no refunds are necessary due to the fact that we do not process the buyer’s payment until just before shipping. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Payment Terms:
All payments are due in full prior to shipping. Acceptable forms of payment are checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. If a payment is not received or a payment method is declined, we will make a reasonable effort to contact the buyer to obtain an alternate form of payment. This is why an accurate telephone number and email address are important. If an attempt to contact the buyer fails, the order will be cancelled and the items will not be sent.

Limitation of Liability:
You agree that The Lawbre Company’s entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any service(s) provided under this Agreement and any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid for such service(s). Lawbre shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of its services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the United States of America and by the laws of the State of Ohio. Each of the parties irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Ohio, as applicable, for any matter arising out of or relating to this Agreement, except that in actions seeking to enforce any order or any judgment of such federal or state courts located in Ohio, such personal jurisdiction shall be nonexclusive.
