Returns and Exchanges

At the Lawbre Company, every effort is made to deliver a quality product to you our customer quickly and efficiently. Occasionally, however, it may be necessary to return merchandise to us. In order to keep our shipping and handling costs down and enable us to provide you with better customer service, we are asking that you use the following guidelines should you wish to return merchandise:
1. Custom made-to-order items are not returnable.
2. Please examine all shipments and their contents carefully when your package(s) arrive.
3. Report any damage to us immediately.
4.Report any damaged shipments to the carrier (DHL): 1-800-CALL-DHL (1-800-225-5345) or the USPS. Check your items against the enclosed invoice/packing slip to be sure all items marked as shipped are in your box(es).
5. Any returns MUST be authorized by us to receive credit.
6. Items returned for damage or defect:
• Must be returned with original packaging.
• Must be returned within 15 days of receipt of goods.
• Must be exchanged and the return shipping charges will be credited.
7.Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect:
• Must be made within 15 days
• Shipping charges for returned goods are NOT refundable.
• Are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Contact us for details.
• Must be in original package and in saleable condition.
